MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT ACTIVATIONS:

iMC Boutique Products are available as personal shopping and consulting service to our Professional and LifeStyle Member clients, Visitors and those who hold the iMC Resources VIP Card. All orders must accompany a valid iMC VIP Card and/or iModelConsult VIP Member Account Number to enjoy the VIP Pricing as listed.

Your Membership Accounts and iMC VIP Cards will be activated upon approval within 48 hrs. and you will receive your account number via the e-mail address you have provided for billing and/or shipping. New iMC VIP Card Members may still shop in the boutique prior to receiving their VIP Card numbers. We will refund the price difference upon card activation.

You MUST be an iMC Professional or LIfeStyle Member Client AND have a valid iMC VIP Card to receive the VIP Card pricing and benefits within the boutique and with our Professional and Business Affiliate Resource Providers.

Membership Accounts, VIP Card Codes, Coupons and Electronic Passcodes are non-transferable. Any client found to be in violation of this policy will have their Membership Accounts, VIP Card, Coupons and Electronic Passcodes and privileges terminated without refund and/or will risk having their IP Address banned from the site and any affiliated companies as a result.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We ship via USPS- Domestic and International Priority Mail. Flat Rate Shipping & Handling is 13.00 USD per order and 1.25 USD per item. 20.00 USD on all International Orders.

Every effort is made to have Retail Product & Merchandise orders shipped within 5 Days of receipt of order. Occasionally shipments may be delayed beyond our control, and the updated order will reflect as such. Occasionally some products are not available when ordered, and will be on back order. Every effort is made to insure that all products and merchandise are available via our network of professionals, salons and spas. If this happens, we will credit your account for the unavailable products/merchandise and will ship the remaining products to you.



REFUND, RETURNS, CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Consulting Subscriptions- You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time with 30 days advance notice of the next billing. All canceled Consulting Subscriptions are subject to a reinstatement fee of 29.95. All lapsed subscriptions will result in a 19.95 administrative fee to bring account current. Any outstanding services, or merchandise purchased within the agreement of the consulting subscription will be billed at the current published fee.

You may choose to upgrade your membership and or monthly consulting subscription at anytime without penalty. Certain membership accounts will be eligible for upgrade credits to their account. Please contact your dedicated consultant for details.

RETAIL PRODUCTS:

We cannot return beauty care/cosmetic products unless damaged and/or defective to our salon professionals, spas, distributors or the manufacturer. Please contact us with any questions prior to ordering. Any defective and or damaged retail product may be returned to us for replacement of same item/product. All canceled orders are subject to a $15.00 Processing and Re-stocking Fee.

RETAIL MERCHANDISE:

We will be happy to exchange or refund for a store credit any merchandise product (save cosmetics, beauty care products) purchased through iMC Boutique with proper receipt and documentation. All canceled orders are subject to a $15.00 Processing and Re-stocking Fee.

SALES TAX:

Current Laws require only Texas Residents to pay Sales Tax.

iMODELCONSULT ANTI-DIVERSION POLICY:

We maintain a strict anti-diversion policy. We do not sell wholesale, bulk to any retailer (i.e. drug stores, volume discount stores, etc.) Our products are sold for personal consumer use and are not to be sold or otherwise diverted. We sell ONLY to our registered consulting clients that have ordered product under advice by their licensed professional, or our licensed professional consultants acting on their behalf as personal shopping liaisons. We do not distribute, manufacture or otherwise engage in any mass distribution of these products.

We guarantee that all products purchased through the iMC Boutique to be authentic and not counterfeit goods. We further assert that we never ship old, overstock product; only new, fresh products direct from our licensed salons and professionals.
